The Yeedi M12 Ultra Plus is a robot vacuum and mop that comes with a Mini OMNI Station. The station empties the dust bin, washes and dries the mop and refills the water, so the robot needs far less hands-on care. It is designed for homes with a mix of hard floors and carpets.

What 11,800Pa suction means

Pascals (Pa) measure suction pressure, and a higher number generally means stronger pull on dirt, especially from carpet fibres. Yeedi says the M12 Ultra Plus uses a new high-speed motor and a straight-through duct design, and that it is particularly effective on carpets. Brands measure Pa in different ways, so use the figure as a rough guide rather than a precise comparison.

Anti-tangle brush

Hair wraps around roller brushes and cuts suction. Yeedi's ZeroTangle system uses dual comb teeth arrays and a roller brush with 21° flat bristles plus outward-rotating angled bristles. The brand cites a tangling rate as low as 0%. Pet and long hair households may find this feature useful, although some hair may still need to be cleared by hand.

Mopping features

  • TruEdge adaptive edge mopping: Yeedi says the mop gets to within 0.039 in (1 mm) of edges, improves edge coverage by 99% and retracts automatically to avoid obstacles.
  • Auto-lift mopping: the robot uses ultrasonic sensing to recognise carpets and lifts the mop plates, switching from mopping to vacuuming mode with suction at maximum. This helps keep carpets dry.
  • OZMO TURBO 2.0 and auto small tank refill: a 55 ml electronically controlled water tank is topped up automatically so mopping can continue, and Yeedi says it tackles stubborn stains even after 72 hours.

The Mini OMNI Station

The station is compact enough for tight spaces, and Yeedi says it keeps noise low. Its functions are auto-empty, one-tap self-cleaning and auto refill with drain. In practice, auto-empty moves dust from the robot into a larger bag or bin in the station, so you empty it less often. The listing also mentions mop washing and drying.

TrueDetect 3D 3.0 handles obstacle avoidance, and TrueMapping 2.0 builds a map of your home quickly. Yeedi lists a battery life of up to 180 minutes. Actual run time varies with the suction level and floor type.

Size and Wi-Fi

The package measures about 19 x 16 x 18.9 inches and weighs 33 lb (about 15 kg), mostly because of the station. The listing notes that only 2.4GHz Wi-Fi is supported, not 5GHz, which matters for app connection if your router combines both bands under one name.

Who it suits

It suits busy households, pet owners and people with a mix of hard floors and carpets who want routine vacuuming and mopping automated. Homes with many thresholds, loose cables or very thick rugs may need preparation first.

What to check before you buy

  • Floors: check which surfaces you have and whether you want to mop them.
  • Wi-Fi: confirm you have a 2.4GHz network.
  • Station space: leave clear room by a socket; the manual gives the clearances.
  • Water: check how the station fills, drains and what cleaning solutions it supports.
  • Upkeep: plan for emptying the dirty water, cleaning the brush and replacing filters and mop pads.
  • Obstacles: tidy cables and small items before cleaning runs.
