The Roborock Qrevo Plus is a robot vacuum and mop that comes with a 6-in-1 dock. The robot vacuums and mops on a schedule, while the dock empties the dust, washes the mops and refills the water. It is aimed at homes that mix carpet and hard floors and that want as little hands-on upkeep as possible.

The multifunction dock

Roborock describes the dock as a hands-free base. It washes the mops automatically, adjusting speed and water flow, and a 2.7 L dust bag provides up to seven weeks of hands-free cleaning. A 4 L clean water tank is rated for about 3,552 sq ft of mopping. The base is removable for cleaning, and quick-charge keeps the robot ready for its next run. In general, a self-emptying dock means you handle the dust bag only occasionally rather than emptying a small bin after every clean.

Suction and brush

The listed suction is 7,000 Pa, which Roborock says is 27% more than the previous model. Pascals measure the pressure difference the motor creates, and higher numbers typically mean stronger pull on carpet fibres and in floor gaps. The main brush speed is up 10%, and the all-rubber spiral brush is designed to resist tangling, which matters for long hair and pet fur.

Mopping and edge cleaning

Two spinning mops turn at 200 RPM, with 30 water-flow levels adjustable in the app. The mop module lifts 10 mm so the robot can avoid wetting carpets and cross small obstacles. The FlexiArm design extends to reach edges, table legs and narrow gaps, and Roborock quotes 98.8% edge coverage at a 1.85 mm proximity to walls.

Carpet care

In Carpet First mode, the robot sweeps identified carpets before it wets the mop, so carpets are meant to stay dry. It sweeps carpets twice and uses ultrasonic sensors to boost suction when it detects them.

Reactive Tech obstacle avoidance uses structured light for what Roborock calls millimetre-level detection, to help avoid collisions in cluttered rooms. The Roborock app offers quick mapping, 3D and multi-floor maps, scheduling, cleaning intensity and custom routes. The robot works with Alexa, Siri and Google Home for voice commands.

Size

The listing gives 13.4 x 19.2 x 20.5 in and 25.6 lb. These dimensions appear to describe the whole package including the dock, so check Roborock's specifications for the robot's own height if you need it to pass under furniture.

Who it suits

It suits households with a mix of carpet and hard floors, pet hair or long hair, and anyone who wants vacuuming and mopping done on a schedule with minimal upkeep.

What to check before you buy

  • Dock space: it needs a spot near an outlet, with clear space in front.
  • Furniture clearance: measure the gap under furniture against the robot's height.
  • Carpets: check how your rugs and carpets fit with the 10 mm mop lift.
  • Voice assistant: confirm that yours is among those the listing names.
  • Upkeep: dust bags, filters, brushes and mop pads are consumables.
  • Water tanks: the clean water tank needs refilling and the dirty tank emptying from time to time.
