The Roborock Qrevo Curv is a robot vacuum and mop that comes with a multifunction dock. The robot cleans floors on its own, and the dock takes care of emptying the dust, washing the mops and refilling the water. It is built for homes with a mix of carpet and hard floors, and for households with pets or long hair.

Suction and anti-tangle brushes

Roborock rates the suction at 18,500 Pa (HyperForce). Pascals measure the pressure difference the motor creates, and higher numbers generally mean more pull, though brush design and sealing also affect results. The DuoDivide main brush is designed to guide debris into the bin and, according to Roborock, to resist tangling with hair. The FlexiArm Arc side brush extends toward walls and corners.

Climbing and moving between floors

The AdaptiLift chassis adjusts to the floor type, and Roborock says it crosses thresholds of up to 4 cm. That helps with door sills and the move between carpet and hard floor.

The dock

The dock is where most of the hands-free work happens. Roborock lists:

  • Mop washing with hot water at 167°F (about 75°C).
  • Self-cleaning with hot water, warm-air drying and intelligent dirt detection.
  • Automatic dust emptying, for up to seven weeks between bag changes.
  • Automatic water tank refilling and a detachable base for easier cleaning.

Warm-air drying typically helps stop damp mops from developing odours between runs.

The robot maps your home with PreciSense LiDAR, and uses Reactive AI, RGB cameras and structured light to recognise and avoid 62 types of object. In general, this is meant to reduce collisions with cables, socks and pet items. The Roborock app lets you set schedules, create routines, add No-Go Zones and request temporary cleaning for spills. The listing notes that it supports 2.4GHz WiFi only.

Voice control and pet features

You can start a clean by saying "Hello Rocky", and Roborock says this works offline, without WiFi or a phone. For pets, the brand mentions real-time video calls with two-way voice, automatic pet recognition and photo snaps. Roborock quotes a noise level of 55 dB.

Size

The listing dimensions are 17.7 x 17.7 x 17.7 in with a weight of 42.4 lb. These figures appear to describe the whole package, including the dock, so check Roborock's specifications for the robot's own height if you need it to pass under furniture.

Who it suits

It suits households that want regular floor cleaning with little hands-on upkeep, particularly with pets, long hair, thresholds or mixed flooring.

What to check before you buy

  • Space for the dock: it needs a spot near a power outlet, with room around it.
  • Furniture clearance: measure the gap under your sofas and beds against the robot's height.
  • Thresholds: compare your door sills to the 4 cm figure.
  • WiFi: your home network needs 2.4GHz for the app.
  • Upkeep: dust bags, filters, brushes and mops are consumables, and the dock's water tanks need attention.
  • Floor types: check the manual for any surfaces that suit dry cleaning only.

The short version

  • A robot vacuum and mop with 18,500 Pa suction and anti-tangle brushes.
  • AdaptiLift chassis that handles thresholds up to 4 cm.
  • Dock with 167°F mop washing, drying, auto dust emptying for up to seven weeks and auto refill.
  • LiDAR and camera navigation that recognises 62 object types.
  • Offline voice control, app scheduling and pet-focused features.
