The Roborock Q7 Max+ is a robot that vacuums and mops, paired with a dock that empties its dustbin automatically. It combines 4200Pa suction, LiDAR mapping and an app-controlled mop with up to 180 minutes of runtime. The unit described here is listed as renewed, meaning refurbished.
The auto-empty dock
After a cleaning run, the Auto-Empty Dock Pure draws the debris out of the robot and into a 2.5L dust bag. Roborock says the bag holds up to seven weeks of debris, so you don't empty the robot after every run. How long it lasts in practice depends on your floors, pets and how often it runs. Bags are consumables that need replacing when full.
4200Pa suction
Pascals (Pa) measure suction pressure, and Roborock lists a maximum of 4200Pa. The brand says it lifts debris and pet hair from floors, pulls dirt from cracks and draws it from carpets, and that it raises suction to maximum automatically when carpet is detected. An all-rubber brush resists tangles, which Roborock says suits long and pet hair. The brush has four planes of movement to stay close to the floor on uneven surfaces.
Vacuum and mop together
The Q7 Max+ can vacuum and mop at the same time, which Roborock says removes fine dust that vacuuming alone may miss. An electronic pump offers 30 water-flow levels so you can adjust for different floors. The combined tank holds 470 ml of dust and 350 ml of water, both listed as larger than before.
LiDAR maps in the app
PreciSense LiDAR creates accurate maps and tracks cleaning routes. The brand says maps can be viewed in 3D, and you can add furniture and floor materials to recreate your home virtually. The app also supports No-Mop and No-Go Zones, which keep the robot off carpets when mopping or away from chosen areas.
Runtime
A large battery gives up to 180 minutes of runtime, or a maximum vacuuming range of 3229 sq ft (about 300 square metres). Size is listed as about 13.8 x 13.9 x 3.8 inches, with a weight of 14.1 lb including the dock.
Renewed condition
The listing says the product has been professionally inspected and tested to work and look like new, with no visible imperfections. Check the seller's warranty and return terms for renewed items.
Who it suits
It suits households that want low-effort cleaning for pet hair and mixed floors, and who like not emptying a bin daily.
