The ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 MAX PRO OMNI is a robot vacuum and mop paired with a base station that washes, dries and empties for you. ECOVACS positions it for homes with pets and carpets. This page explains what its suction, mop lift and station features mean.
Suction and airflow
ECOVACS rates the robot at 18,500Pa of suction with 34.5 CFM of airflow, under the name BLAST Airflow Tech. Suction (pascals) describes how hard the motor pulls, while airflow (cubic feet per minute) describes how much air moves through the system. Both matter for lifting dust from carpet fibres. ECOVACS says this approach gives 78% better dust pickup than suction alone.
ZeroTangle 2.0 is the brand's anti-tangle brush system, intended to reduce hair wrapping for pet fur and long hair, which typically cuts the time spent cleaning the brush.
An 18mm auto-lift mop
Robot mops and carpets are a known problem. This model detects carpet and raises the mop by 18 mm, so carpets stay dry while hard floors still get mopped. The station washes the mop with hot water, and the robot can detect how dirty the mop is and re-mop dirty areas.
Edges and corners
TrueEdge 2.0 extends both the side brush and the mop outward to reach along walls and into corners. ECOVACS describes the result as full edge-to-edge coverage with 15 mm precision.
Mapping and obstacle avoidance
Navigation combines embedded LiDAR mapping with AIVI 3D 3.0 obstacle avoidance. ECOVACS says it recognises more than 100 household objects and navigates with 1 mm precision around furniture, cables and clutter. LiDAR builds a floor-plan map by bouncing light off walls, while the camera-based system helps identify items to steer around.
The 12-in-1 OMNI Station
The station automates upkeep. It provides hot-water mop washing, 113°F hot-air drying, a self-emptying dustbin and automatic water refilling. You mainly refill clean water and empty dirty water at intervals set by the manual.
Smart home control
ECOVACS says the robot is Matter compatible, with the integration arriving by software update, and that it works with major voice assistants. The YIKO-GPT AI assistant accepts voice and text commands. Check the current status of Matter support before relying on it.
Size
The listing gives dimensions of 13.8 x 11.6 x 21.0 inches for the robot and station together.
Who it suits
It suits households with a mix of carpet and hard floors, pet owners who want less brush maintenance, and anyone who prefers an automated station over hand-washing mop pads.
What to check before you buy
- Floors: confirm how much of your home is carpet, and whether you have deep rugs.
- Clearance: check furniture height against the robot's size.
- Station space: allow a wall-side spot with an outlet and open floor in front.
- Smart home: check which voice assistants and Matter features you will actually use.
- Wi-Fi: confirm your network is compatible with the setup instructions.
- Upkeep: check how often brushes, pads, filters and water tanks need attention.
