The VEVOR TF23 is a manual hydraulic lift table cart. A single scissor mechanism raises a flat platform, and four wheels let you roll it to where it is needed. It is meant for moving and positioning loads at a comfortable working height in workshops, garages and storerooms, without lifting them by hand.
How the lift works
The cart uses a foot-operated hydraulic pump. Pressing the wide foot pedal raises the platform, and a hydraulic release lever lowers it. VEVOR says the pedal design makes pumping smooth and that the integrated pump is built to avoid oil leaks. No electric supply is needed, which suits places without outlets.
The platform lifts from 9 inches (220 mm) to 28.5 inches (720 mm). The low starting height helps with loading heavy items from near floor level, and the top height brings work up toward bench level.
Load capacity and platform
VEVOR rates the cart at 500 lb (230 kg). The platform is 28 x 18 inches (700 x 450 mm), made of Q235 cold-rolled steel with a powder-coated, rust-resistant finish. A rubber non-slip pad is included to help stop loads shifting on the steel surface. In general, a load capacity applies to a weight spread sensibly over the platform, so keep loads centred and within the rated figure, including any container or pallet.
Protection features
VEVOR lists a limiter that prevents over-lifting and a maintenance/overload protection bar. Such a bar is typically used to hold the platform up while someone works on or near the mechanism. Follow the manual on how to use it and never work under a raised platform that is not supported as the manual describes.
Wheels and movement
The cart rolls on PU (polyurethane) swivel wheels, which VEVOR describes as wear- and corrosion-resistant. A locking mechanism fixes the cart in place. In general, polyurethane wheels roll smoothly on concrete and are gentler on floors than hard plastic, though very rough or uneven ground is harder for any small-wheeled cart.
At 99.2 lb (45 kg) the cart is heavy to carry but easy to move on its wheels. Its listed dimensions are about 37.8 x 17.7 x 31.9 inches.
Who it suits
It suits workshops, garages, small warehouses and maintenance areas where one person needs to raise a moderate load to bench height, load a machine or move heavy parts. It is a manual unit for occasional to regular use, and the 500 lb capacity sets its limit.
What to check before you buy
- Load weight: include the weight of any box, tool or pallet along with the item.
- Platform size: 28 x 18 inches suits boxes, parts and equipment of that footprint, and larger or unstable items may need straps or a different cart.
- Lift height: compare 9 to 28.5 inches with your bench, machine or vehicle height.
- Floor: check the surface, slope and any thresholds on your route.
- Safe use: lock the wheels before lifting, keep loads centred and follow the manual.
- Upkeep: check the manual on pump maintenance, wheel care and storage.
