The VEVOR A03 is a hand-operated filling machine for liquids and pastes. You load product into a hopper on top, set the amount to dispense, and pull a handle to push a measured dose into a bottle or jar. It is aimed at small-batch work such as bottling honey, sauces, shampoo, juice or similar thick and thin products, without needing air lines or electricity.
How a manual piston filler works
Machines of this type typically use a piston that draws a set volume from the hopper and pushes it out through a nozzle each time the handle is pulled. Because every stroke moves the same volume, the doses are consistent from one container to the next, as long as the product is fed in steadily and the machine is kept clean.
VEVOR says the A03 fills between 5 ml and 50 ml per stroke, with the range based on water. Thicker products can behave differently from water, so it is sensible to run a few test fills with your own product and check the amounts.
Setting the fill amount
The quantity is adjusted by turning gears, with scale markings to read the setting. VEVOR describes this as a simple way to change the dose. A fill range of 5-50 ml covers small sample bottles up to larger sauce or lotion containers, but not bigger jugs, which would need several strokes or a different machine.
Hopper, nozzles and shelf
The hopper holds 10 litres. That is a generous reservoir for a hand-operated unit, so you can fill many containers before topping up.
Two nozzle sizes are listed: 0.16 inch (4 mm) and 0.31 inch (8 mm). In general, the narrower nozzle suits small bottle necks and thin liquids, and the wider one suits thicker products and wider openings. A height-adjustable shelf holds the container under the nozzle, and VEVOR says it accommodates containers of different sizes, including small ones.
Materials and drip control
The contact parts are made from 304 stainless steel, which VEVOR describes as food-grade and rated for temperatures up to 392°F (200°C). Stainless steel of this type is common in food equipment because it is durable and easy to clean. The brand also lists anti-drip sealing rings on both the oil seal and the nozzle, intended to keep the dispensing clean between fills.
The handle and build
The handle has a reinforced spring design, and VEVOR says you simply pull down to fill. The machine measures about 11.0 x 11.0 x 27.3 inches (28 x 28 x 69 cm) and weighs 18.3 lb (about 8.3 kg), so it needs a stable bench with room for its height.
Who it suits
It suits small producers, hobbyists and workshops that fill moderate quantities by hand: homemade sauces, honey, personal-care products or similar. It is less suited to high-volume lines, where automatic fillers are normally used.
What to check before you buy
- Your product: confirm that your liquid or paste is compatible with stainless steel and that its thickness suits the nozzle sizes.
- Fill volume: check that 5-50 ml per stroke matches your container sizes.
- Container fit: make sure the opening is wide enough for the 4 mm or 8 mm nozzle.
- Bench space: allow for the 27-inch height and the weight.
- Cleaning: look at the manual on taking the parts apart and cleaning between products, especially sticky ones.
- Rules for your product: if you sell what you fill, check any labelling or food-handling rules that apply locally.
