The VEVOR A02 is a pneumatic bottle filler that dispenses a set amount of liquid or thin paste each time the operator presses a foot pedal. It is meant for small-batch jobs, such as filling bottles with honey, sauces, shampoo or drinks, where filling by hand would be slow and uneven.
How pneumatic filling works
A pneumatic filler uses compressed air to drive a piston that draws a measured volume in and pushes it out through the nozzle. VEVOR says the machine can be powered by an external 500 W air compressor. The compressor is not part of the machine, so you will need your own air supply and fittings.
The foot pedal frees both hands: one hand places and removes bottles while the foot triggers the fill. That is the main time-saver in repetitive filling.
Setting the amount
Fill volume covers 5 ml to 50 ml and is adjusted by a screw. VEVOR says the same setting repeats with each press of the pedal, so bottles end up with consistent amounts. The screw also controls fill speed, according to the brand. In general, a thicker product fills more slowly, so test with your own liquid and check a few bottles with a scale or measuring cylinder.
Materials and heat tolerance
The contact parts are 304 stainless steel, a grade common in food equipment, and VEVOR describes the materials as food-grade. The brand says it handles temperatures up to 392°F (200°C) and does not react with the liquids filled. Always check the manual about which parts touch the product and how to clean them between products.
Drip-proof nozzle
VEVOR describes the stainless nozzle as drip-free and clog-free, with anti-drip sealing rings on both the oil seal and the nozzle. Drips at the end of a fill are a common annoyance with simple fillers, so a sealed nozzle helps keep bottle necks and the table clean.
What it can and cannot fill
The listing names honey, beverages, ketchup and shampoo, and says the machine suits liquids and pastes with good liquidity. It also states that it is not suitable for extremely thick pastes. Products with chunks or particles can also be a challenge for any piston filler, so check the nozzle size against your product.
Size and use
The machine measures 11.0 x 11.0 x 27.6 inches (about 28 x 28 x 70 cm) and weighs 20.1 lb (about 9.1 kg). VEVOR says it suits daily use at home or in a workshop, so a bench or table with room for the pedal and air hose is needed.
What to check before you buy
- Fill range: confirm that your bottles need 50 ml or less per fill.
- Product thickness: check that your liquid or paste flows freely.
- Air supply: you need a compressor and the right hose connections.
- Cleaning: check how the manual says to take it apart and clean it between products.
- Rules for your product: if you sell what you fill, check local food or cosmetic labelling and production rules.
- Bench space: allow room for the machine, pedal and hose.
The short version
- A foot-pedal pneumatic filler for 5-50 ml fills.
- Fill amount and speed set by a screw adjustment.
- 304 stainless steel contact parts with a drip-proof nozzle.
- Suited to liquids and pastes with good flow, not extremely thick ones.
- Needs an external air compressor, which is not included.
