The VEVOR motorized TV lift raises and lowers a television at the press of a button, so the screen can be tucked away in a cabinet, counter or footboard when not in use. VEVOR lists it for TVs up to 60 inches, with a load capacity of 132 lb and a stroke of 31.5 inches.
How the lift works
A motor drives a telescoping frame. When you press the remote, the TV rises out of its housing to viewing height, and another press lowers it away. VEVOR specifies a 1000 N motor and a speed of 15 mm per second, which is slow and steady rather than quick. At that rate, the full 31.5-inch (about 80 cm) stroke takes roughly a minute or a little more.
Height and stroke
The listing gives a lift range of 42.3 to 73.8 inches, with a stroke length of 31.5 inches and a body length of 28.7 inches. VEVOR also mentions three-level hook adjustment, which lets you choose the starting position of the mount. Work out where the top of the TV will end up when raised and where the screen should sit relative to seated eye level. Also check that the lowered TV fits entirely inside your furniture.
TV compatibility
The lift attaches through standard screw holes on the back of the TV. VEVOR says it fits most TVs up to 60 inches, including LCD, LED, plasma and curved models, up to 132 lb. VESA hole patterns and TV depth vary, so confirm the lift's brackets and the TV's rear holes match.
Materials and installation
The frame is aluminum alloy, which VEVOR says resists deforming. The lift can be fixed against a wall using the supplied M8 screws for extra stability. The listing carries a clear note: it is not suitable for ceiling or wall mounting, because that may damage the product. It is meant to sit upright inside furniture.
Controls include a remote and a wired hand controller.
Where it fits
VEVOR names homes and commercial spaces: living rooms, bedrooms, offices, meeting rooms, hotel lobbies and shopping malls. A typical home use is a cabinet at the foot of a bed or a console behind a sofa, where a TV can disappear when not in use.
Who it suits
It suits people who like to hide a screen, rooms where a fixed TV would dominate, and custom furniture builds. Anyone with a wall-mounted TV or a very large screen will need a different mount.
What to check before you buy
- TV size and weight: confirm yours is within 60 inches and 132 lb.
- Furniture size: the unit is about 41.7 inches long in its packaging dimensions, so check the interior height and depth of the cabinet.
- Clearance: make sure there is space for the TV to rise and for cables to move without catching.
- Back panel: check your TV's VESA pattern and rear ports against the brackets.
- Power and cables: plan an outlet and how to route the power and signal cables.
- Manual: follow the installation instructions, particularly on securing the lift.
