The Blackview Tab 9WiFi in this version is an 11-inch tablet that runs Android 15 and includes Google's Gemini AI assistant. It has a 2K display, an 8200mAh battery and 256GB of storage, and it is aimed at everyday use such as streaming, study, browsing and light work.

Gemini AI

Blackview says Gemini works as a voice-controlled helper for checking the weather, finding recipes, learning languages, translating menus, drafting meeting notes and planning trips. Features like these generally need an internet connection and a Google account, and what Gemini can do depends on Google's software and your region.

Display and sound

The 11-inch screen is a 2K in-cell panel with dual speakers. In-cell construction builds the touch layer into the display, which tends to make the panel thinner and the touch response closer to the image. Widevine L1 is listed, which is generally what allows HD streaming in apps. Blackview says it supports 1080p streaming on services such as Prime Video, Disney and Hulu, and lists TÜV certification.

Memory, storage and processor

There is 24GB of RAM by Blackview's count: 8GB physical and 16GB virtual. Virtual RAM borrows storage and is slower than the real thing. The listing explains how to enable it: Settings, About Tablet, Running Memory, drag the expansion bar and restart. Storage is 256GB, with microSD expansion up to 2TB. The Unisoc T606 processor is a mid-range chip suited to general apps, video and casual games.

Battery

The 8200mAh battery is paired with AI power saving that Blackview says adjusts power use for video, online classes and calls. The brand claims 72 hours of night standby using only 2% of the battery, and up to 30 days of standby in the minimal power-saving mode. Those are Blackview's figures; real standby time depends on settings and apps.

Cameras and build

Cameras are 8MP at the front and 16MP at the back, and Blackview lists an AI photo editor with Magic Erase, sky replacement, portrait unblur and colour focus. The metal body is 9.5mm thick and weighs 540g (about 1.2 lb). A 720-day warranty is stated.

Who it suits

It suits students, families and travellers who want a mid-sized Android tablet for streaming, reading and an AI assistant, with room to add storage. Heavy gaming and professional editing call for more powerful hardware.
