The Blackview Tab 90WiFi is an 11-inch Wi-Fi tablet running Android 15. It is aimed at everyday jobs: streaming, browsing, reading, video calls and light work. It has a metal body, a large battery and a card slot for extra storage.
Android 15 and the T606 processor
Blackview pairs the tablet with an octa-core Unisoc T606 chip. That is an entry-level processor, typically comfortable with web pages, video, e-books, messaging and split-screen use of two apps, rather than demanding 3D games. Android 15 adds app permission controls, which let you check what each app can access, as well as lock-screen shortcuts and a QR code scanner.
Display and streaming support
The screen is 11 inches with an IPS-type panel and a screen-to-body ratio of 83%, according to the brand. The tablet carries TÜV certification for low blue light. It also supports Widevine L1, which is the DRM security level that streaming apps typically require to play content in HD. Blackview names Netflix, Disney and Hulu as examples. Which services actually play in HD can vary by app and region, so confirm any specific service you rely on.
Memory and storage
The tablet has 128GB of storage and 12GB of RAM, made up of 4GB physical memory and 8GB of virtual RAM. Virtual RAM uses part of the storage as extra working memory. It helps keep more apps open, though it is not as fast as physical RAM. A TF (microSD) card slot supports expansion up to 2TB, handy for downloaded films, music or photos.
Battery and charging
The 8200mAh battery is rated by Blackview, from its own testing, at more than 500 hours standby, up to 12 hours of web browsing, 10 hours of video and 8 hours of gaming. Your results will depend on brightness and what you run. Charging is by 10W USB-PD, which Blackview says takes about three hours for a full charge. That is a modest charging speed, so plan on charging overnight or while at a desk.
Cameras and connectivity
The rear camera is 13MP and the front 8MP, and the tablet offers Face ID-style face unlock. For wireless, it has 5G (5GHz) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0. It is a Wi-Fi-only model, so it doesn't use a mobile data plan.
Design
The all-metal body is 9.5mm thick and weighs 540 grams. Blackview covers the tablet with a 720-day warranty and customer service, as stated in the listing; check the terms for your region.
Who it suits
It suits families, students and travellers who want a larger screen for video and reading, and people who want a simple second device for the sofa or the kitchen.
What to check before you buy
- Workload: the T606 is an entry-level chip, so check it against the apps or games you want.
- Streaming: confirm the services you use support this tablet at the quality you expect.

- Charging: 10W charging is slow; check that this suits your routine.
- Connectivity: it is Wi-Fi only, with no cellular option.
