The Blackview Acebook6 is a 15.6-inch Windows 11 Home laptop built around an Intel N150 processor. It is aimed at office work, online classes, streaming and general study. It has 16GB of memory, a 256GB SSD, USB-C charging and a full set of everyday ports.

Processor and what it handles

Blackview fits the Intel N150, a four-core processor with speeds up to 3.6GHz and 6MB cache. It is a low-power chip, listed at 6W, in the same family as the N100 and N97. Blackview says it delivers about 20% better multitasking and graphics than those and older models such as the N4020 and N5095. Chips of this class typically handle documents, spreadsheets, video calls, browsing with several tabs and video streaming well. Heavy video editing, 3D work and modern games are beyond them.

Memory and storage

There is 16GB of DDR4 RAM at 2666MHz, which is generous for this class of laptop and helps with many open tabs and apps. The 256GB M.2 SSD provides quick start-ups and file transfers compared with a hard drive. Blackview says it supports upgrades to 32GB of RAM and a 2TB SSD, but check the manual or the brand before opening the case.

Display

The 15.6-inch IPS screen is 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) at 220 nits, covering 45% of the NTSC colour range, with slim bezels and an 84% screen-to-body ratio. It carries TÜV Rheinland low blue light certification. The brightness and colour figures suit indoor office use; photo and design work needing accurate colour is better served by a wider-gamut screen. Intel UHD Graphics allows 4K output through the HDMI 2.0 port for an external monitor or TV.

Battery and charging

The battery is 5000mAh (38Wh). Charging is through USB-C with Power Delivery 3.0, and the listing describes 45W fast charging (with 100W charging supported), reaching 60% in 45 minutes. Because the battery is small, expect a modest day on the move; a charger in the bag is wise.

Cooling and noise

A dual copper heat pipe and fan system manages heat, and the fan speed adjusts to load. Blackview states noise stays below 43dB.

Design and ports

The laptop is 19.5mm thin and 1.7kg (3.7 lb), measuring about 14.1 x 9.0 inches. The hinge opens a full 180° to lay flat for sharing a screen. Ports include USB-C (PD 3.0), two USB 3.2 Gen 1, one USB 2.0, HDMI 2.0, a 3.5mm audio jack and a TF card slot. Wireless is dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0.

Support

Blackview lists a 24-month repair warranty for manufacturer defects and technical support with replies within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday).

Who it suits

It suits students, remote workers and households that need a laptop for documents, classes, email and streaming.
