The Seesii WH460 is a cordless impact wrench for removing and fastening nuts and bolts on cars, mowers and around the home. It runs on a 21V battery, and the kit includes two batteries, a charger, four sockets and a case. Here is what the specifications mean.

What 450 N·m of torque means

Seesii rates the WH460 at up to 450 N·m (332 ft-lbs) of maximum torque. Impact wrenches deliver torque in rapid bursts, which lets a compact tool loosen stubborn fasteners without the user having to brace against the full force. Maximum torque is a loosening figure; tightening to a specified torque is normally done with a torque wrench. The brand says the body is about 30% more compact than standard 1/2-inch wrenches, with a length of 5.7 inches (about 14.5 cm), which helps in tight spaces.

Brushless motor and speed modes

The tool uses a brushless motor. In general, brushless motors are more efficient than brushed ones, wear less because there are no carbon brushes to replace, and make better use of the battery. Seesii says it runs up to 48.75% longer. There are two speed modes, up to 2,400 RPM and 3,000 impacts per minute (IPM). Lower speeds give more control with delicate fasteners, higher speeds suit larger jobs.

Forward, reverse and brake-stop

The wrench works in forward and reverse. Seesii says that in reverse, once a nut or bolt comes loose, a brake-stop function reduces speed and torque so the fastener doesn't fly off. A bright LED light illuminates the work area, which helps in dark wheel arches and engine bays, and the rubber grips are intended for comfortable extended use.

Batteries and charging

The kit has two 4.0Ah batteries and a desktop charger. Seesii says 4.0Ah gives more than 50% more runtime than a typical 2.0Ah pack, and a real-time power indicator shows how much charge remains. A second battery means one can charge while you work.

Drive size: check the details

The listing is not consistent about drive size. The title says 1/2 inch, while one of the feature bullets refers to a 3/8-inch wrench. Confirm the anvil size before choosing sockets or accessories.

What's in the box

  • One impact wrench
  • Two 4.0Ah batteries
  • One desktop charger
  • Four CR-V steel sockets (14, 17, 19 and 21 mm)
  • One carry case

Who it suits

The tool targets home users and DIYers working on cars, trailers, mowers and general maintenance, particularly where space is limited. It's a smaller option than a full-size 1/2-inch wrench, so heavier jobs may be beyond its limits.

What to check before you buy

  • Drive size: confirm whether the anvil is 1/2 or 3/8 inch, and that your sockets fit.
  • Impact sockets: impact-rated sockets are typically recommended with impact tools; check the manual.
  • Socket sizes: the four included sockets cover only 14-21 mm; check them against your fasteners.
  • Torque needs: compare the 450 N·m figure with the largest fasteners you work on.
  • Battery: confirm charging time and storage guidance in the manual.
  • Safety: wear eye protection and follow the manual.

The short version

  • A 21V cordless brushless impact wrench rated at 450 N·m (332 ft-lbs).
  • Two speed modes up to 2,400 RPM and 3,000 IPM, plus forward, reverse and brake-stop.
  • Two 4.0Ah batteries, a charger, four sockets and a case are included.
  • LED work light and rubber grips; 5.7 inches long.
  • The listing mentions both 1/2-inch and 3/8-inch drive, so confirm before you buy.
