The MAGSEN M-1200 is a 21V cordless impact wrench with a 1/2-inch drive. MAGSEN rates it at up to 900 ft-lbs (1200 N.m) of torque and sells it with two batteries, a charger, sockets and a case. It is aimed at car wheel nuts, mower work, truck jobs and general workshop tasks.
Brushless motor and torque
The M-1200 has a brushless motor. In general, brushless motors waste less energy as heat and have no carbon brushes to wear out, so they usually run cooler and last longer than brushed ones. MAGSEN states a maximum torque of 900 ft-lbs. That is a peak figure for loosening, and usable torque for tightening is often lower. Use a torque wrench for parts that need a specified tightening torque, such as wheel nuts.
Three speeds
A switch on the bottom selects one of three speed ranges, up to 2,800, 3,200 or 3,800 RPM. Lower speeds give more control and save battery, and the top setting suits faster work. A side button switches between forward and reverse.
Reverse auto-stop
When reversing, MAGSEN says a brake stop function slows the tool once the nut breaks loose, so the nut doesn't spin off and fly away. It's a convenience, but loosened fasteners can still drop, so keep the area clear.
LED light
A built-in LED comes on when the trigger is pressed and stays lit for about 20 seconds after release, helping in dark wheel wells and engine bays.
Batteries and charger
The kit includes two 4000mAh 21V batteries and a fast charger. MAGSEN says the charger shows red while charging and green when charged. Higher mAh figures generally mean longer runtime, but runtime depends heavily on load.
What's in the box
- Impact wrench
- Two 4000mAh Li-ion batteries and a fast charger

Who it suits
It suits home mechanics changing wheels, hobbyists maintaining mowers and trailers, and people who want a cordless tool for stubborn bolts without an air compressor.
What to check before you buy
- Socket sizes: confirm that the included 17 to 24 mm sockets match your fasteners, and use impact-rated sockets only.
- Torque for the job: compare the rated torque with what your vehicle's fasteners need.
- Weight and fit: the listing gives no dimensions, so check how it feels in tight spaces.
- Battery compatibility: the batteries are specific to this tool; check whether spares are available.
- Safety: wear eye protection, support a raised vehicle on stands rather than a jack alone, and follow the manual.
