The Blackview MP60 is a compact desktop computer about the size of a coaster stack. It pairs an Intel N150 processor with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD, comes with Windows 11 Pro installed, and can drive two 4K displays. It is aimed at home offices, light business use and anyone short of desk space.

What the Intel N150 is for

The N150 is a low-power, four-core Intel chip from the same family as the earlier N100. Chips like this are designed for efficiency rather than heavy workloads. Blackview positions the MP60 for spreadsheets, many browser tabs and video calls. Tasks such as large video exports, demanding 3D work or modern games are typically beyond this class of processor.

Memory and storage

The MP60 has 16GB of DDR4 RAM, which is comfortable for office work and browsing with many tabs open. Storage is a 512GB PCIe SSD, which Blackview says can be upgraded to 2TB. An SSD gives quick start-up and fast file opening compared with a hard disk. If you plan to upgrade, check the manual for the supported drive type and how to open the case.

Two 4K displays

Two HDMI outputs support 4K at 60Hz each, according to Blackview. That means two monitors can sit side by side for documents, spreadsheets, coding or reference material. A 4K display at 60Hz is also smooth for general desktop use, though you will want HDMI cables rated for 4K60.

Connectivity

The listing gives Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac), Gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth 4.2. Wired Ethernet is generally the steadiest choice for video calls and large downloads. Bluetooth 4.2 is fine for keyboards, mice and headphones, though it is an older version.

Windows 11 Pro

Windows 11 Pro adds features such as BitLocker drive encryption and Remote Desktop hosting, which suit small businesses and people who work from more than one place. Blackview also lists a 3-year warranty with US-based support.

Size and mounting

The MP60 measures about 5 x 5 x 2 inches (roughly 13 x 13 x 5 cm) and weighs 0.86 lb (about 390 g). A VESA mount is included, so it can sit behind a monitor. An LED glows blue when on and red in sleep mode. Blackview says the cooling system keeps noise low, and it calls the PC energy-efficient compared with a traditional desktop.

Who it suits

It suits home offices, reception desks, classrooms, digital signage, media playback and anyone replacing a bulky tower for everyday tasks.

What to check before you buy

  • Workload: confirm your software runs well on an entry-level four-core processor.
  • Monitors: check that your screens have HDMI inputs and can handle 4K60.
  • Ports: compare the port list with your keyboard, mouse and other peripherals.
  • Wireless: Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 4.2 are older standards; use Ethernet where you can.
  • Upgrades: check the manual before opening the case or adding storage.
  • Mounting: make sure your monitor has a compatible VESA pattern.
