The Blackview MP60 is a small desktop computer, about 5 by 5 by 2.1 inches (roughly 12.7 by 12.7 by 5.3 cm), that runs Windows 11. It is built for home offices, workstations with little space and general everyday computing. This page explains what its specifications mean and what such a machine can and can't be expected to do.

The Intel N5095 processor

The MP60 uses an Intel Celeron N5095 with four cores and four threads, 4 MB of L3 cache, a 2.0 GHz base speed and a boost of up to 2.9 GHz. Celeron N-series chips are low-power designs. In general, they handle web browsing, email, documents, video playback and light photo editing well, and they are less suited to heavy video editing, large spreadsheets or demanding games. Blackview markets it as a gaming PC, but the integrated graphics mean modern games typically need low settings or lighter titles.

Memory and storage

The listing gives 16GB of DDR4 RAM and a 512GB M.2 2280 SSD. 16GB is generous for a processor of this class and helps with many browser tabs. An SSD means quick start-up and snappy file access compared with a hard drive. Blackview says storage can grow to 2TB by adding a 2.5-inch SSD or HDD (not included) in the detachable base.

Display support

Integrated Intel UHD Graphics (750 MHz burst) drives two 4K HDMI 1.4b outputs. Blackview says it supports 4K at 60Hz for video and graphics, and two monitors at once. HDMI 1.4b generally limits 4K output to 30Hz, so check the manual for the supported refresh rate on your display. A dual-monitor layout is useful for an office desk.

Ports and wireless

The listing names:

  • Two USB 2.0 Type-A and two USB 3.0 Type-A
  • Two HDMI ports
  • One Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45) port
  • A 3.5mm audio in/out jack and a DC power jack
  • Dual-band 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 4.2

There are no USB-C ports listed, so check whether your peripherals use USB-A.

VESA mounting

A VESA bracket lets you hang the PC on the back of a monitor, which clears the desk. This works only if the monitor has VESA mounting holes, and the bracket's hole pattern must match.

Who it suits

It suits office work, study, a family computer, digital signage or a media or home server set-up where space and low power matter. It is less suited to design, video or gaming work that needs a strong processor and graphics.

What to check before you buy

  • Workload: compare the processor with the software you use.
  • Monitor: check connections, VESA holes and the refresh rate you will get at 4K.
  • Peripherals: confirm that you have enough USB-A ports and that Bluetooth 4.2 is fine for your devices.
  • Storage: plan whether 512GB is enough, and how a 2.5-inch drive would fit.
  • Heat and noise: check the manual on ventilation if mounted behind a monitor.
  • Model details: the listing's model field differs from the MP60 name, so confirm the exact version.

The short version

  • A compact Windows 11 mini PC with an Intel Celeron N5095 (4 cores, up to 2.9 GHz).
  • 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 512GB M.2 SSD, expandable with a 2.5-inch drive.
  • Dual HDMI outputs, Gigabit Ethernet, dual-band Wi-Fi.
  • VESA bracket for mounting behind a monitor.
  • Best for everyday tasks, not heavy gaming or editing.
