The VEVOR WBS-029 is a pallet fork attachment for skid steers and tractors. It turns a loader into a pallet mover, and VEVOR also builds in interfaces for hay spears and a 2-inch hitch receiver for towing. This page covers what the specs mean and what to confirm before choosing an attachment like this.
What a pallet fork frame does
A pallet fork frame mounts to the front of a loader. Two long blades slide under pallets, crates or other loads so the machine can lift and carry them. On farms, building sites and in yards, this saves handling goods by hand and uses the loader's existing hydraulics.
Capacity and dimensions
VEVOR lists a load capacity of 4,000 lb (about 1,800 kg). The mounting plate measures 45 x 7 x 34.25 inches, and the fork blades are 48 inches (about 122 cm) long. Overall dimensions are 49.6 x 22.4 x 18.5 inches, and the unit weighs 295.4 lb (about 134 kg). VEVOR describes it as suited to farm, warehouse and short-distance transport.
A stated capacity assumes a load that is centred and carried low. A machine's own lifting capacity and stability limit what you can actually carry, so the loader's own limit matters as much as the attachment's.
Adjustable fork width
The blades can be repositioned along the frame from 2 inches to 44.8 inches apart. Being able to set a narrow or wide spacing helps with different pallet and load sizes, and wider spacing typically gives a more stable platform for bulky loads. Both blades should be set evenly around the centre of the frame.
Quick attach mounting
VEVOR says installation needs no tools and that the universal frame fits most loaders and tractors, naming New Holland, Bobcat and Kubota. "Universal" claims still depend on the quick-attach style of your machine, so confirm that your loader's coupler matches the frame's plate and dimensions.
Hay spear interfaces
The frame has three hay spear interfaces: a top hole of 1.22 inches at a 10° angle, and bottom holes of 1.14 inches. Hay spears are sold separately. The idea is that the same frame can switch from carrying pallets to moving large round bales.
Towing hitch
A 2-inch hitch receiver on the frame lets it pull trailers, flatbeds or small equipment, with a 2-inch trailer ball, also sold separately. Towing from a loader attachment has its own limits for weight and speed, so follow your machine's manual.
Construction
The forks and mounting plate are made from high-strength carbon steel with a coating to resist corrosion and rust, according to VEVOR.
Who it suits
It suits farm and ranch owners, small contractors, landscaping and yard operators, and anyone with a compact loader or tractor who moves pallets or bales.
What to check before you buy
- Compatibility: confirm your machine's quick-attach system fits this frame.
- Machine capacity: check your loader's rated operating capacity against the load you plan to lift.
- Load size: compare pallet widths and lengths with the 48-inch blades and 44.8-inch maximum spread.
- Extras: hay spears and a trailer ball are sold separately.
- Weight: at about 295 lb, plan how you will keep and move the attachment.
- Safe use: follow the manual and your loader's operator guidance on lifting, towing and travel.
