The VEVOR 2000 PSI Electric Pressure Washer is a plug-in cleaner for the jobs that build up around a home: patios, fences, decks, driveways, cars and garden equipment. It uses a 1500W motor to push water through a spray gun at far higher pressure than a garden hose. This page explains what the numbers mean and what comes in the box.
What 2000 PSI and 1.65 GPM mean
PSI measures how hard the water hits the surface. GPM measures how much water flows each minute. Pressure loosens stuck-on dirt, while flow carries it away, so both matter. VEVOR rates this model at a maximum of 2000 PSI and 1.65 GPM. In general, electric washers in this range are aimed at light to medium household work rather than daily professional use.
VEVOR says it can handle old paint, oil, weeds and stubborn stains. Results always depend on the surface and the nozzle, so start with a wider spray and move closer only if needed.
Five nozzles and a foam bottle
The kit includes quick-connect metal nozzles at 0°, 15°, 25° and 40°, plus a turbo nozzle. A narrower angle concentrates the water into a tighter, stronger stream; a wider angle spreads it for gentler rinsing. The 0° nozzle is the most intense, and typically it is kept away from soft wood, paint and vehicles. The turbo nozzle spins a narrow jet in a cone to cover more area.
A 500 ml self-spraying detergent bottle is included for applying cleaner. A water inlet filter is fitted to help keep debris out of the nozzles.
Hose, cord and moving it around
The pressure hose is 30 ft (9 m) and winds onto a built-in reel, which VEVOR says protects it from kinks. The power cord is 35 ft (10.5 m). The unit weighs 19.8 lb (9 kg), has an ergonomic handle and two wheels, and VEVOR says one person can assemble it in minutes. The body is plastic and rated IPX5, which means it is protected against water jets from any direction.
Built-in protections
The washer is ETL listed and has GFCI protection on the cord. A Total Stop System stops the pump when the trigger is released, and a press-type lock on the gun guards against accidental spraying. VEVOR also says it shuts off automatically if temperatures climb past 105°C, and recommends not running it for more than three hours at a time. Follow the manual for safe use, and never point the spray at people or animals.
Who it suits
It suits homeowners and renters with outdoor surfaces to maintain, car owners, and anyone who wants a machine that stores in a garage or shed. Larger or tougher jobs, such as stripping a big deck every week, may call for a more powerful machine.
What to check before you buy
- Power: it runs on 120 V / 60 Hz at 1500W, so confirm you have a suitable outlet near the work area.
- Water supply: check that your tap can feed the washer through a standard garden-hose connection.
- Surfaces: confirm that what you plan to clean can take this pressure, especially wood and painted finishes.
- Space: it is about 26 inches tall, so check storage room for the machine and reel.
- In the box: one washer, four spray nozzles, a turbo nozzle, a cleaning tool, a lance, a trigger gun and a detergent bottle.
