Controls
The control panel offers two modes, slushy and cold drink, along with temperature and time settings and automatic cleaning. A digital screen shows the current temperature. Use of alcohol is subject to local laws and licensing, so check the rules that apply to you.
Materials and cleaning
The body is stainless steel and the tank is food-grade PC (polycarbonate) and transparent, so the drink is visible. One-button automatic cleaning is built in, and modular parts come apart without tools. A removable drip tray catches spills and a spring-loaded faucet limits dripping after use.
Stability and airflow
Three-sided ventilation helps the refrigeration system shed heat, and rubber feet keep the machine from sliding. In general, leave clear space around any machine like this so air can move.
