The VEVOR MT-30 is a manual labeling machine for round bottles and similar containers. You load a roll of self-adhesive labels, set the bottle against the roller and turn the hand crank. It needs no electricity, which makes it a simple option for small producers who bottle sauces, oils, cosmetics or craft drinks. This page covers the specs and what to confirm first.
How the labeler works
The label roll sits on a disc at the back. The labels are drawn forward over a peeling edge, and as the bottle turns against the rubber roller, each label is pressed onto it. VEVOR says a press bar and rubber roller help labels stick smoothly without bubbles, and that the manual adjustment system makes label changes quick. The crank handle is described as ergonomic.
VEVOR rates the machine at 15 to 20 bottles a minute. As with any hand-operated tool, real pace depends on the operator's rhythm and how quickly bottles are loaded.
Bottle and label sizes
These numbers decide whether the machine fits your product:
- Bottle diameter: 0.78 to 4.72 inches (20 to 120 mm), adjusted by screw.
- Label width: 0.39 to 5.12 inches (10 to 130 mm).
- Label length: 0.39 to 11.81 inches (10 to 300 mm).
- Roll core: inner diameter at least 0.98 inches (25 mm); outer diameter under 7.09 inches (180 mm).
Both transparent and adhesive labels are listed as usable.
Construction
The main body is A3 steel with 201 stainless steel, and the roller shaft is 201 stainless steel with PC. The label disc is POM, and the press bar is coated A3 with a PC roller. VEVOR says the stainless parts are rust-resistant and durable. The model is listed as non-electric.
Size and weight
The machine measures about 18.6 x 9.0 x 10.2 inches (472 x 228 x 260 mm) and weighs 14.4 lb (6.5 kg). It is sturdy enough to sit on a bench, though it is a bench-top machine and not a handheld tool.
Who it suits
Home-based makers, small food and cosmetic brands and workshops that label modest batches are the natural users. It works best for straight-sided cylindrical containers. Tapered, square or heavily curved bottles may need a different type of labeler.
What to check before you buy
- Container shape: the machine is for round bottles; confirm yours are cylindrical or nearly so.
- Diameter: measure the widest part of the bottle against the 20 to 120 mm range.
- Labels: check width, length, roll core and outer roll size against your printed labels.
- Label gaps: peeling depends on the backing paper, so test a sample roll if you can.
- Bench space: allow room for the machine and your crank motion.
- What's in the box: the labeling machine; the listing also mentions a press bar.
