The VEVOR DKS-11300 is a portable net set with poles, a stand and a carry bag. At 10 ft wide it is sized for small yards and indoor spaces, and it can be set up as a badminton net, a children's volleyball net or a low tennis net. It is the sort of kit you keep in the car boot for the beach, the park or the driveway.
What the set includes
VEVOR lists a standard badminton net, poles, four ground stakes and a 420D Oxford carry bag. Racquets, shuttlecocks and balls are not mentioned, so plan to supply your own.
Width and height options
The 10 ft version is described as right for small spaces or indoor play, and ideal for one-on-one games with children. VEVOR says the design comes in four widths: 10, 14, 17 and 20 ft. The height adjusts between 3 and 5.1 ft (about 0.9 to 1.55 m).
Different sports use different net heights. Badminton nets are typically about 5 ft (1.55 m) at the posts. Children's volleyball is usually played lower, and the tennis net is about 3 ft (0.91 m) at the centre. The adjustable height lets one set cover these ranges, but check the dimensions that matter for your game, since a small portable net is not a competition-spec net.
Net material
The net is PE mesh with 4 in side sleeves and top and bottom trim. VEVOR says this combination resists tearing. The sleeves slide over the poles, and the trim keeps the edges from fraying.
Poles and setup
The poles are powder-coated for rust resistance and linked by flexible bungee cords. This means the pieces stay together, so they are harder to lose, and they snap into position. VEVOR says no tools are needed and that even kids can help. The four ground stakes add stability on grass, sand or soil and help keep the net tight in play. On hard surfaces the stakes won't work, so a stand with weights may be needed.
Carrying
The Oxford fabric bag keeps the poles, net and stakes in one place. The boxed dimensions are about 118.9 x 61.0 x 40.6 in as listed, and the weight is about 7.7 lb (3.5 kg), light enough to carry with one hand.
Who it suits
It suits families, holiday and picnic play, beach and pool days, and schools or clubs that need a quick temporary net. Serious players who need a regulation-width court net will need a larger fixed or competition system.
What to check before you buy
- Width: confirm that 10 ft is enough for your game and play area.
- Sport and height: check the height you need for badminton, volleyball or tennis against the adjustment range.
- Surface: stakes need soft ground. On a hard floor, check whether the stand stays upright.
- Wind: a light net catches the wind, so secure it with all the stakes outdoors.
- What's missing: racquets, shuttlecocks and balls are separate.
- Care: dry the net before packing it away.
