The VEVOR M110-M is a manual filling machine for bottling liquids and thick pastes in small batches. You pull a handle, and it dispenses a set amount into the container on the shelf below. VEVOR lists milk, water, juice, essential oil, shampoo, cosmetics and honey as suitable products. It needs no electricity or air supply.

How the filling mechanism works

Liquid sits in an 11.5-litre hopper on top. Each time you pull the handle down, a piston-style mechanism typically draws product from the hopper and pushes a measured amount out through the nozzle. VEVOR says the handle has a reinforced spring design, so a pull down is enough and the return is handled by the spring, which the brand says is built not to break.

Setting the amount

The machine has clear scale markings, and you change the quantity by turning the gears. The range is 5 to 100 ml, and VEVOR notes that this is based on water. Thicker products such as honey or creams behave differently, so test with your own product and check the fill weight until you are happy.

Nozzles and the height-adjustable shelf

A shelf below the nozzle moves up and down, so it can hold anything from tiny jars to taller bottles. Two nozzle sizes are listed: 4 mm (0.16 inch) and 8 mm (0.31 inch). A narrower nozzle usually suits bottles with a small neck, while a wider one passes thicker product more easily. Lining the nozzle up with the container opening is what keeps spills down.

Materials and drip control

Parts that contact the product are 304 stainless steel, which VEVOR calls food grade and corrosion resistant, and rates for temperatures up to 200°C (392°F). Anti-drip sealing rings on the oil seal and the nozzle are meant to stop dripping between fills, and VEVOR describes the nozzle as smooth and clog-free. Stainless steel is easy to clean, which matters when you change products.

Size and weight

The machine measures about 11 x 11 x 27.4 inches (28 x 28 x 70 cm) and weighs 18.3 lb (8.3 kg), so plan for a stable bench with some headroom above.

Who it suits

It suits small producers and home makers who bottle sauces, oils, honey, cosmetics or similar products in modest quantities and want more consistent fills than pouring by hand. A manual machine is paced by the operator, so large production runs typically call for automatic equipment.

What to check before you buy

  • Fill range: confirm that your container sizes fall within 5-100 ml, or that you can fill in several pulls.
  • Product thickness: test whether your paste or liquid flows well through the 4 mm and 8 mm nozzles.
  • Container height: check that the adjustable shelf suits your tallest bottle.
  • Bench space: allow for the 27-inch height and a firm surface.
  • Regulations and hygiene: if you sell what you bottle, check local rules for food or cosmetic products, and follow the manual's cleaning guidance.
